Source order
Official Steam metadata and Dazed Games announcements come first. Current-build gameplay reporting and multiple independent guides can support routes. A single community table may create a working record, but it cannot become an “official” value through repetition.
Evidence labels
- Official: published by Dazed Games or Valve’s public app metadata.
- Patch-sensitive: verified route behavior that can move after an update.
- Community route: useful but not yet confirmed by a first-party source or repeatable current-build check.
Scheduled data sync
GitHub Actions checks public Steam app details, official announcements, player counts and review summaries every six hours. Normalized JSON is built and verified before a data commit can deploy. Current-player numbers are a snapshot, not a promise.
Media sources
Gameplay backgrounds, screenshots and short videos originate from the official Steam media set. Entity cutouts and island references used during the initial launch were mirrored from contemporary community guide media and can be replaced as first-party assets become available.
Corrections
When sources disagree, the page shows the conflict instead of silently choosing the most convenient number. Patch dates and visible evidence ledgers make stale claims easier to find and fix.
