Required item chain: Three ground Leech pickups; Modified Leech / Leech Bait. Target: Giant Piranha. Finish the hand-in to reach Desert Island.
Step-by-step route
- Accept the Forest food-related quest.
- Search the ground for three Leeches; they are not normal rod catches.
- Use the resulting bait name shown in your current build.
- Defeat Giant Piranha.
- Protect the named result and return it to the Skeleton route.
Do not lose the hand-in
Physics piles, the sale counter and co-op inventory confusion can all destroy a clean quest run. Name one item carrier, store important bodies away from ordinary fish, and use Save/Main Menu/Quit after a confirmed hand-in.
